From trainee to mentor 🛠️💙

At Hope Renovations, when one trainee discovers “I can do this,” they turn around and open the door for another — and that ripple effect is how careers, confidence, and change are built. That's exactly the case for Hope graduates Cierra and Bri. Cierra completed our Raleigh cohort and landed her dream internship with REDesign.build—and her supervisor ended up being another Hope graduate, Bri.

“My supervisor, Bri, has been an amazing teacher and so patient with me. While my main job is in the cabinet shop, the team has gone the extra mile to let me work on other sites.
