We're thrilled to announce the launch of our aging-in-place home maintenance and safety program! We are now offering a subscription for a year's worth of maintenance services, spread over four visits (once per quarter), at a special introductory rate of $500 per year.

Quarterly Services

(four visits per year)

Change HVAC system filter (up to 3)
Test smoke and CO2 detectors
Test garage door auto-reverse feature
Check for leaks around toilets, washing machine

& sinks

Test GFCI outlets
Inspect and test kitchen exhaust and bathroom exhaust fans; vacuum as needed
Inspect grout and caulking in bathrooms and kitchen
Inspect fire extinguishers

Semi-Annual Services

(two visits per year)

Change ceiling fan direction
Inspect dryer vent (from outside)

Annual Services

(once per year, in autumn)

Turn off outdoor faucets, unhook hoses
Inspect garage door springs
Inspect windows and doors; check for drafts, broken seals, loose hinges, cracked caulking
Replace batteries in smoke and CO detectors

Annual Subscription - $500

if charged quarterly - $150/quarter
